Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, please review our refund policies carefully.

Food, Snacks & Candy Items

All food, snacks, and candy items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on edible products once they have been sold or delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Food Items (Piñatas & Accessories)

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in original condition and packaging

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item

 

No Refunds Will Be Issued For

  • Opened or consumed food items

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Change of mind after purchase

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipping.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
